On this episode of ‘Network Outdoors The Podcast’ Brandon Malson and Justin Smith speak with Steve Windom, avid outdoorsman and a Director at Michigan United Conservation Clubs (MUCC).

In 2023 a new law was passed resulting in a shortened coyote hunting season in the state of Michigan. This has caused an uproar throughout the outdoors community now that the law is officially in effect and has led to multiple law suits and many eye balls looking into how that decision was made. They discuss the framework around the whole matter, what to expect as possible future outcomes, and how this effects future discussion making for all outdoor policy.

Steve also shares about the many great things the organization has been working on to help protect, conserve, and promote our lands and waterways. This goes for both public and private properties.

This is one you certainly don't want to miss!
